Thank you for your interest in the award-winning JCB Academy Sixth Form.
We host two annual recruitment events for learners interested in joining our Sixth Form. These events are designed to help parents/carers and their son or daughter understand what makes The JCB Academy Sixth Form distinctive, and to explore the pathways available after Year 11.
Sixth Form Open Day
Our Open Day takes place on the first Saturday in October each year. This daytime event provides an opportunity to tour the academy, meet staff and learners, and gain a detailed insight into our Sixth Form curriculum, employer-led learning and enrichment opportunities.
Registration for the open day will open in July.
Sixth Form Open Evening
Our Open Evening is held in mid-October and offers a shorter, focused introduction to Sixth Form life at the academy. Parents/carers and their son or daughter can hear from senior staff, learn about entry requirements and post-18 destinations, and ask questions about the application process.
