“I owe a great deal to The JCB Academy. Not only did it spark an interest in manufacturing and engineering early on, it gave me the opportunity to explore the different sectors in the most practical way possible. My work experience placements at JCB Heavy Products and Rolls-Royce Aerospace were invaluable in terms of giving an insight into the working world and allowed me to try out different manufacturing firms to see what was best for me.”
