What a fun filled busy day we have had. We have been given all the lessons to plan and teach to the 100 pre-schoolers until we leave. It’s a challenge teaching in a different language but we have had so much fun. The day started with prayers, then singing and dancing. We coloured, collages, made paper aeroplanes and read stories.
Then it was onto our building project, where we moved the materials and started to dig a trench for the drainage from the toilet. There was quite a crowd of Sri Lankan’s by the time we had finished.
Finally we finished off by chilling on the beach.
