It’s been a great first day here in India. After landing safely and on time this morning we checked into our hotel, had lunch and then went out sight seeing for the afternoon with our tour guide Singh.
We have seen the Presidential Palace, Parliament House, India Gate and Qutub Minar illuminated at night (a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Delhi) which is over 800 years old.
Finally back to the hotel for a late tea and early to bed. Tomorrow we travel to Jaipur to visit the JCB Factory there in the afternoon and we will be looking around the city on Tuesday morning.
