Sam joined The JCB Academy in 2013 and continued his education into The JCB Academy Sixth Form, studying an engineering diploma and an A-level in mathematics and physics. Sam is now working at Aston Martin as a degree CAD apprentice in the exterior trim department, where he engineers exterior components for the next generation of Aston Martin cars.
“I now appreciate how far ahead the academy makes you. Whilst at university I am often helping 25 year olds complete things I had learnt back at the academy sixth form.” Sam Jones.
